Throughout her career, April has been a strong advocate for vulnerable individuals, people in need, and those who may not be able to advocate for themselves. She is deeply committed to making sure every person feels heard, respected, and supported, and that their individual needs are understood and addressed.

Her previous experience working in senior housing has given her valuable insight into the challenges hearing loss can create in daily life, including communication difficulties, social isolation, and reduced confidence. This experience has strengthened her understanding of the importance of accessible, compassionate hearing care.
