Jag is a Registered Clinical Counsellor that specializes in helping adults and young adults navigate a variety of challenges including anger, relationships, stress, personal growth, career development, and men’s issues. Jag’s approach is experiential, utilizing a more goal-based approach to cultivate new perspectives and behaviours, while also adapting sessions according to the client’s needs. He has experience using Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
